Cooking Instructions

Heat milk in a saucepan and add sugar. Bring it to boil.

In a bowl, add corn flour and cocoa powder. Add milk from the pan and stir well.

Add this slurry to milk and stir continuously. Cook for 5 minutes.

Now add dark chocolate and stir so that the chocolate does not stick to the pan. Turn off the flame.

Our Surti Cold Coco is ready. Serve it by adding some crushed ice. Serve chilled.
