Cooking Instructions

Heat 2 tbsp of groundnut oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds to splutter. Add chana dal fry well. Add finely chopped onions with greenchilli and curry leaves. Sauté well

Add tomatoes cook until it turns mushy. Add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt to taste. Add the scrambled idlies. Mix throughly. Garnish with coriander leaves. Super yummy idli upma is made in jiffy
