Butter Masala idli

Masala idli can be made with fresh made idli or with leftover idlis with butter,salt,a pinch of chilli powder or idli podi powder with some freshly cut onions and tomatoes which makes your idli absolute tasty and healthy within 5mins if cooking time. This is avery easy, tasty and quick recipe. Best for tiffin and breakfast.

Cooking Instructions

Put a pan on gas,let it hot,then put butter on hot pan,put mustards and curry leaves,green chillies to it and let it crackle.

Add onions,chilli powder or idli podi powder,a little salt to it,saute for 1-2 mins then add small cut idlis to it,fry them for 2-3 mins,then add chopped tomatoes and salt to it..and fry them till the tomatoes become succulent,it adds a good red,spicy colour to the idli. Then serve the idlis in a plate and enjoy.
