A very healthy & a perfect meal for diet conscious people.rather than than we can enjoy it as a snack meal but still it can keep us full for next 2-3 hours.As it’s a rich smoothie with apple,oat’s,dates & few more ingredients..!
Note :- I have dry roasted oats for 1 minute before blending as it will help remove raw smell..!

Cooking Instructions

Firstly wash & Peel apple keeping a slice for garnishing rest Peel & pop it in a blender jar and add all ingredients leaving saffron cover the lid and pulse it 3-4 times.

Pop it in a serving glass add ice cube saffron and sliced apple for garnishing & relish it chilled. Our delicious apple & oats smoothie is ready..!
