Easy and quick light meal, filled with flavor and texture. The hummus adds a kick of protein while the avocado and veggies create a perfect balance of crunch and goodness.
Notes:
*I used dill hummus, but any hummus will work.

Steps

Assemble all ingredients.

Spread hummus evenly over the tortilla wrap.

Layer carrots, cucumbers, red peppers, and avocado.

Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over the avocado. Then add lettuce and cilantro. Sprinkle feta cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Roll the wrap tightly. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients for a second serving. Serve and enjoy !
