  2. As per tasteSalt
  3. 1 tspTurmeric Powder
  4. Dal boil
  5. 1 tspcoriander seeds
  6. 1 tspJeera
  7. 1 pinchhing
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1green Elaichi
  10. Dry masala
  11. 2-3black pepper
  12. 1black cardamom
  13. Tarka
  14. 1 TBSPginger garlic Paste
  15. 2Green chilli
  16. 2Onion chopped
  17. 2Tomatoes Chopped
  18. Pinchhing
  19. TSPjeera

Cooking Instructions

    Take 1 cup Urad Dhulli dal and soak in water for 30 min- 1 hour.

    2. Drain water wash it. Put in cooker and add 5 cup water. Add salt as per taste and Haldi powder/ Turmeric.

    3. Keep cooker on gas. After first whistle simmer the gas. It will take about 2-3 whistle more.

    4. Meanwhile, take a pan. Add all the dry roast masala ingredients and roast them. Let them cool.

    6. Take same pan add 5-6 tbsp ghee add zeera. Then add green chilli. Saute for 10-15 seconds.
