Soft centre chocolates are the ones with crispy shell and soft fillings. Herein, I have used white compound as crispy shell and strawberry jam as soft filling. You can substitute with any another jam as well :)

Soft centre chocolates are the ones with crispy shell and soft fillings. Herein, I have used white compound as crispy shell and strawberry jam as soft filling. You can substitute with any another jam as well :)
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, add roughly chopped white compound. Melt it by double boil method or microwave for 30 sec.

In chocolate mould, add melted compound (only 1/3rd part of mould). Set in fridge for 2 minutes

Add a layer (1/2 tsp) of strawberry jam. Leave it aside for a minute.

Lastly, pour the melted compound to fill the mould completely. Tap it on counter top to ensure there are no air bubbles. Set in fridge for 5 to 7 minutes. And your chocolates are ready!!!
