Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRajma
  2. 2dry red chilli
  3. 2-3Bay leaf
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 2green chilies
  6. 1 pcGinger
  7. 2 tbspOil
  8. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. 1 tspDry mango powder
  13. 1 tspcumin seeds
  14. 1/4 tsphing
  15. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  16. As requiredFew coriander (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rajma overnight or at least 6 hours. then pressure cook Rajma with little salt, dry red chilli & bay leaf for 5-6 whistles.

    Grind tomatoes, chilies & ginger to make purée.

  3. 3

    Heat oil, add cumin seeds, hing & tomato purée to it.

  4. 4

    Add all the spices and little water to it. Cook for 5-7 mins.

    Add cooked rajma & coriander to it.Mix well.

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander & serve with steamed Rice or Jeera Rice.
