Ingredients

  1. 250 grampaneer cubes
  2. For Slurry To Fry Paneer Cubes
  3. 3 Tbspcornstarch
  4. 3 Tbspall-purpose flour
  5. 1/8 Tspblack pepper powder
  6. 1/4 Tspred chili powder
  7. 2 Tbspwate
  8. 4 Tbspoil for frying
  9. For Veggies
  10. 1 Tbspgrated garlic
  11. 1 Tspchopped green chillies
  12. 3 Tbspspring onions (white part)
  13. 1green bell peppers cubed
  14. 1medium onion, cubed
  15. For Sauces
  16. 2 TbspTomato Ketchup
  17. 2 TbspTabasco chilli sauce
  18. 1 TspSoy sauce
  19. 1/2 TspApple Cider vinegar
  20. 1.5 Tspchopped (green) onions(garnish)

Cooking Instructions

    Make a lump free slurry. Put paneer cubes in the slurry to coat evenly.

    Heat oil. Pick up the batter coated panee cubes and put them into the hot oil for 1 minute or till golden brown. Remove to a plate.

    To the remaining oil add garlic and fry for 30 seconds on low flame. Then add chopped spring onions, green bell pepper and cubed onions and saute on high flame for 2 minutes.

    Stir the prepared sauces and pour it into pan. Add friend paneer cubes and ensure to coat masala. Garnish with green spring onions and serve this delicious recipe as an appetizer.
