Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswhole wheat flour
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. as required Oil for frying paratha
  5. as required Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl.add salt and oil. Mix with fingers then add water and make a semi soft dough. Make medium size balls from the dough.

    Now take one ball roll it like a disc. Apply little oil all over.then fold into half from one side then fold from other side to give a rectangular shape as shown in the pic.

    Now fold again from the top into half and then fold from other side that give it a square shape like shown in the given below pic

    Dust little flour on rolling board and roll the paratha.heat a tawa and cooked the paratha from one side then flip it. Add 1 tsp oil and fry from both side untill it looks golden.prepare all parathas and served with and sabzi or pickle.
