Missi Paratha
Steps

Take a bowl. Add 2 cup of wheat flour (atta) and 1 cup of gram flour (besan) to it.

Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp red chilli powder, 1tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp salt and 2 spoon oil or ghee in it and mix everything together.

Then add 1 Finely chopped onion and some green chilies and knead the dough. Allow it to rest for 10 min.

Take a pan or Tawaa. Heat it up. Take a dough ball on rolling board and dust some dry wheat flour on both sides of the dough ball. Roll it to a circle.

Place the roti on hot tawaa. Roast it for some time then spread some ghee on both sides of the roti and roast it for 1 min.

Missi paratha is ready. Serve it with some chilled curd or you can serve it with sabji or with daal too.. But make sure you serve it hot.
