Ingredients

1 hour
2-3 servings
  1. 200 gmscolocosia /arbi /tora root)
  2. As Requiredrock salt
  3. 1 tspoon red chilly powder
  4. 1 tspoon dry mango powder
  5. 1 tspoon dry coriander powder (in fasting if you eat)
  6. As RequiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash clean under running water for 2-3 times drain water. Now presser cook arbi till almost cook (only 1/2 whistles)

    When the presser cooker gets cool down completely open the lid and remove arbi from water drain water.

  3. 3

    One by one take arbi in hand and peel off skin then lightly press and shallow fry or deep fry them till golden brown in colour. Keep aside.

    In another pan add a little oil add all dry spices powder mix fried arbi mix well sprinkle some dry mango powder salt mix well.

    Your healthy and tasty dry fry arbi is ready to eat.
