Wash all the arbi leaves and put aside.

Now mix all the remaining ingredients except oil and make batter.

Put leaves one on another and bind each leaves with gram flour paste.

Make a roll like this. It will be little bit tough at first.

Now cut the roll into pieces.

Switch on the gas at medium to high flame. Pour little oil. Fry 5-6 pieces at once. Now turn all the pieces and fry at low flame so as to cook them properly.

Now arbi leaves pakauda is ready to eat. Crunchy from outside and soft from inside.
