Ingredients

  1. 4large potatoes (cut)
  2. as per taste Salt
  3. 2 tsp Oil
  4. 1big onion (chopped)
  5. 1Capsicum
  6. Handfulgrated carrot
  7. as required Red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 cupWater
  9. as requiredSoya sauce
  10. as requiredOil for frying
  11. 1 tbsp full of sesame seeds
  12. 4-5Garlic chopped
  13. 4 tsp Chilli sauce
  14. 1 tsp Vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and fry cut potatoes in it.

  2. 2

    Now strain the potatoes when turn golden brown.

  3. 3

    Now take another pan and add a bit of oil.

  4. 4

    Pop some garlic and onions.

  5. 5

    Now add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, red chilli powder. (Black pepper powder optional)

    Now add water (½ cup) and stir.

  7. 7

    Now add capsicums and carrots.

  8. 8

    Cook for a minute and add potatoes.

  9. 9

    Stir all that together for 4-5 minutes.

  10. 10

    Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
