Honey Chilli Potato

Cut potato into finger shape,wash potato fingers to remove extra starch in the potatoes.

Mix together corn flour/rice flour, chilli powder,water, ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp water and salt. Coat the potato fingers with this mixture.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potato fingers till the potato is crispy and brown. Try to drop one potato finger at a time to avoid sticking together.Put fried potato fingers on a tissue paper and let them cool.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in another pan, add chopped garlic and fry for a few seconds.Add chili powder, vinegar, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, corn or 2tsp rice flour,1/4 cup water, and stir for a few seconds till it becomes thick.

Add the fried potato fingers, chopped capsicum, chopped onion and stir together so that they are coated evenly in the sauce. Switch off the gas.

And it's ready to serve
