Steps

Peel and wash potatoes and cut them into thin long slices.

In a bowl add corn flour, salt, chilli powder, colour and water, now mix them to make a smooth batter. Transfer potato slices in this batter and coat them with batter.

Fry the coated potato slices in oil till they turn golden on medium flame and take out on tissue paper when they are properly fried.

In another kadhai heat little oil, saute crushed garlic, onion slices and capsicum.

Now add sauces and spices in above mentioned kadhai. We can also add remaining batter of corn four.

Now mix all the ingredients and transfer potato fries. Mix them properly so that all fries are well coated with sauces and vegetables.

Hot chilli potatoes are ready to relish.
