Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRagi flour
  2. 1 cupWhole wheat flour -
  3. 1/2 tsp Salt
  4. 1 cupFor filling - Paneer -
  5. 1tsp Mint and coriander leaves - .each
  6. 1Green chilli - (finely chopped)
  7. 3/4 tsp Salt
  8. 1 tspRoasted cumin powder -
  9. 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes -
  10. as requiredButter for shallow frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix wheat flour,ragi flour and salt.Add water little by little to make soft dough.Grease with oil and rest it for 5 min.

    For filling - Grate paneer.Mix green chilli, coriander and mint leaves,salt, chilli flakes and roasted cumin powder.

    Take a lemon size ball from the dough,roll it up into 4 inches diameter,fill it with paneer mixture (1 tb.spoon.) and close it from all sides.Now roll it like chapati (not very thin).

    Heat tawa, shallow fry this Stuffed Ragi paratha in butter on both the sides.

    Your paneer stuffed ragi paratha is ready to serve.Serve it with lahsuni mayonnaise dip and sweet and chilli tomato ketchup.
