Pico di gallo

Pico de gallo is also called salsa fresca, salsa bandera and salsa cruda. It is a type of salsa commonly used in Mexican cuisine. As it is a little dry, it can also be used in dishes like tacos and fajitas. It tastes great served with nachos.

Take onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, chilies, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a bowl and give it a good mix. Store it in the refrigerator until the time of serving.
