Ingredients

30 minutes
5-6 servings
  • 1 Cupbesan,
  • 1/2 cupcurd some water. Mix. Keep 6-7 hours
  • as per tasteas per taste
  • 1 tspginger, green chilli paste
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • As Per Taste Tadka- oil, rai. Chopped coriander for garnish
  • 2 tbspsugar

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix besan g. chilli paste, eno, sugar, salt.properly.

  2. 2

    Grease dhokla pan.Pour batter. Cook 15-20 minutes

  3. 3

    When cools cut into square pieces. Give tadka.Garnish with coriander
