Ingredients

  1. 4 slicesbread
  2. 2 tbsppizza sauce
  3. 1/2 cupgrated mozzarella cheese
  4. 1 medium onion cubed
  5. 1/2 cupmixed bell peppers cubed
  6. 1/2 tspherb of your choice
  7. 1/4 tspred chilli flakes
  8. 2 tbspoil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    To begin, cut the bread slices into rounds.

    Heat a tawa or a griddle. Brush a bit of oil and toast the bread slices lightly on one side. This ensures that the slices do not soak in the sauce.

    Remove and place the bread slices on a plate, toasted side on top. Generously spread the pizza sauce.

    Spread some mozzarella cheese on top. If you are using a saltless cheese, sprinkle a bit of salt. Top it with onions and bell peppers. Sprinkle some herbs of your choice.

    Add some more cheese and lightly sprinkle chili flakes.

    Heat the tawa or the griddle. Brush it with oil. Place the bread pizzas gently and cover them with a lid. Cook on low to medium heat until the cheese melts. Make sure that the bases do not burn.

    The Mini Bread Pizzas are ready to serve. Serve with ketchup or a dip of your choice.
