I tried bread lasagna for the first time and my family enjoyed it.
Cooking Instructions

Add 1 tsp butter in a pan on a low flame and roast until it melts. Now add 2 clove finely chopped garlic and saute well.
Add half chopped onion and saute slightly.
Now add 1 chopped carrot, half chopped red and green capsicum and 3 tbsp sweet corn and saute 1 minute.
Do not cover cook.
Now add half tsp mixed herbs, 1 tsp chilli flakes and salt half tsp. Saute the veggies for 2-3 mins.
Now stir fried veggies are ready. - 2
Homemade white sauce- 2 tsp oil in a hot pan on a low flame.
1 tsp butter, maida 2 tbsp. Now saute them for 2 mins. It turns little mustard and now add milk 2 cup and mix well. White sauce thickens.
Add 3 tbsp cheese, 1/4th tsp red chili flakes, mixed herbs 1/4th tsp, salt 1/4th tsp and mix well for 2 minutes.
Now white sauce is ready. - 3
Take 2-3 bread slices, roll and flatten them. Now trim off the bread and remove its four sides. Bread sheets cut into half and make it ready for lasagna layering.

Now take a microwave vessel or a silver vessel as per your choice. First spread the 3 tbsp ready-made red pasta sauce in the pan at lower, on that add 2 tbsp homemade white sauce. Spread both the sauces slightly. Now add the bread sheets and again add 2 tbsp ready-made red pasta sauce and 2 tbsp homemade white sauce and spread slightly.
Now add 1 cup stir fried veggies and spread them.
Add 3 tbsp grated cheese on stir fried veggies. - 5
Now again place bread sheets on stir fried veggies.
Spread 2 tbsp red sauce and same of white sauce on bread sheets.
Add 1 cup stir fried veggies again and Spread it and now add grated cheese on that.
Also garnish it little with finely chopped coriander, mint leaves or palak leaves as per your choice. - 6
Now heat the bread lasagna for 3-4 minutes in microwave.
Now ready to serve.
