Ingredients

  1. For the outer layer
  2. 1.5 cupsdry coconut powder
  3. 1 cupcondensed milk
  4. Pinchfood color (options)
  5. 1.5 tbspghee
  6. 6chopped betel leaves
  7. For the filling
  8. 3 tspsoft chopped dates
  9. 2 tbspgulkand
  10. leavesSmall chopped betel leaves
  11. 2 tbspMix mukhvas

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender. add condensed milk and betel leaves plus food color grind this until it is combined well. In a non-stick pan.Heat the ghee and toss coconut powder until lightly fragrant.

    At this point add in the condensed milk mixture and constantly stir until everything comes together like a dough. Allow to cool and set it aside.

    For the filling
    Simply mix gulkand betel leaves chopped dates and mukhvas

    To assemble the laddoos. Take a small portion of the outer on greased palms and flatten it.add the filling and shape them into perfect rounds. Coat it in some more coconut and they're
