Ingredients

15 - 20 minutes
3 servings
  1. 3Bread slices
  2. 1small Broccoli
  3. 1 handfulSpinach
  4. 2green chilli
  5. 1/2 cupMilk
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. 2-3Cheese Cubes
  9. Butter as required (for toasting)
  10. 1/2 tspOregeno, mixed Herbs
  11. 1 tbspOil
  12. 1 tbspButter

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble ingredients, roughly chop Spinach, par boil Broccoli florets and keep aside.

    In pan add oil + butter, add Broccoli florets + Spinach + salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes, Spinach leaves water.
    Cook further for few more minutes.

    Add milk and give a nice boil. Lower flame add Oregeno + mixed herbs and cook for around 2 minutes, add grated Cheese, stir well and let cheese melt.

    Cook for a minute or two till mixture turns thick, broccoli spinach filling is done. Allow to cool. Discard green chilli.

    Take bread slices, spread a thick and even layer of the prepared filling and top with grated Cheese.

    Take tawa / pan, add sufficient butter, cover with lid and toast till cheese melt. It takes around 2 minutes. Toast base is crisp.

    Serve hot hot and enjoy.
