My mom guided me for my health as I am suffering from Anemia so iron rich Ragi flour with Gond and poppy seeds for strength and immunity
Cooking Instructions

Heat ghee and add flour, cook stirring till sweet smell is released
- 2
Now add jaggery powder, fried gond, mix well till the mixture thickens
- 3
Now put in a greased thali and sprinkle poppy seeds as much as you can and again press a bit so that they stick properly. Cool down and cut into pieces.
