Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspfried gond katira
  2. 4 tbspmultigrain flour
  3. 4 tbsporganic jaggery powder
  4. 1 tbspghee
  5. Chopped mixed dryfruits (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan heat ghee, and saute flour, grind the fried gond katira, and add to the flour

  2. 2

    Now add jaggery powder and mix well to form a uniform mixture. Set in a greased thali and cut into pieces after it is cooled

  3. 3

    Serve a healthy sukhdi any time. Consume with warm milk for better health benefits
