Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpaneer
  2. 4 tbspOil
  3. 2 nos Cardamom
  4. 2 nos Cloves
  5. 2 nos Cinnamon
  6. 2 nos Bay leaf
  7. 1 tspn fennel seeds
  8. 2 nos Chopped onion
  9. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  10. 2 nos Chopped tomatoes
  11. 2Green chilies
  12. 1 tspn Turmeric powder
  13. 1 tspn chilli powder
  14. 1 tspn coriander powder
  15. 50 Gm cashew nuts paste
  16. 2 tbsp Butter
  17. Coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat a kadai add oil, spices and onion till light golden in colour, add green chilies, ginger garlic paste cook few minutes and then add tomatoes still mash.

    Add all masala powder, add water cook 10 minutes. And then add cashew nuts paste and water cook another 10 minutes.

    Add paneer, butter and coriander leaves cook 2 minutes.
