  2. 200 grampaneer
  3. 1/2 cupliquid milk
  4. 2 tspghee
  5. 2tsp milk powder
  6. 1tsp sugar

    On May 1you will cut the mango.Then paste it in the mixer.In 1bowls chena sugar mango paste will be well mixed.

    Then add ghee in the frypan.When the ghee is hot give the mixture of mango and paneer. Stir for a while and give milk.If the mixture is thick give the milkpowder.Then pour the mixture on 1steel plate. Cut into piece in the form of a knife.

    Mango paneer kalakand is ready.
