  2. 2 tbschana dal
  3. 3 tbsurad dal
  4. 1 tspmethi seed
  5. 1onion
  6. 1carrot
  7. 1green chilli
  8. 1/4 tspSalt

    Soak whole ragi overnight, soak chana and urad dal and methi seeds and grind it to fine paste. Let it ferment for few hours.

    AAd to this paste chopped onion tomato and grated carrot salt and green chillies.mix well and apply oil to the appe pan and pour the batter, when one side is cooked turn it and cook

    You can make uttappa with the same batter
