Paniyaram is a South Indian delicacy and hails from Chettinad area. A crispy outer with soft inside along with onion and chillies makes grab more.
Cooking Instructions

Chop all the ingredients finely
- 2
In a fry pan add gingelly oil and put all items under tempering.

Saute onion chillies and ginger until onions are translucent. Add little salt for onion while sauteing
- 4
Add sauted onion in dosa batter and add curry leaves and coriander leaves
- 5
Mix nicely
- 6
Grease appe or Paniyaram pan and pour the batter.
- 7
Cook till golden or both sides
- 8
Serve hot with chutney.
