Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Soaked Chana dal soaked
  2. 1 cup urad dal
  3. 3 cup rice
  4. 2 pinchTurmeric
  5. 1 tsp Ginger garlic and paste
  6. as required Chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves
  7. as per taste Salt
  8. 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  9. 2 pinchHing
  10. 1/2 packetEno fruit salt
  11. as required Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Grind this dal and rice in grinder very superfine paste

  2. 2

    Now leave this batter for fermentation for at least 8-10 hours

  3. 3

    This is a tip add salt in this better for fast fermentation

  4. 4

    Now take some fermented paste add all veggies mix it well add salt, red Chilli powder and turmeric, hingnd 2 tsp oil and eno fruit salt mix it well

  5. 5

    Now make appe in appe pan first cook in very low flame flip it when it become brown from one side

  6. 6

    Wait till golden brown color and enjoy your app with chutney
