Stir-Fried Vegetables with Pork

Ready in about 20 minutes! This stir-fry is simple, flavorful, and packed with vegetables! With just a few basic seasonings and easy steps, you can enjoy a healthy and satisfying dish. It's a great way to use up leftover veggies and get your daily dose of nutrients.
Cooking Instructions

Peel and slice the carrot, cut cabbage into bite-size pieces. In a small bowl, mix the seasonings (★)

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the pork until it changes color, then season with salt and pepper. After cooking the pork, wipe off the excess oil in the pan using a paper towel.

Add carrots, cabbage, and bean sprouts. Once vegetables are tender, add the sauce, and stir-fry until well mixed. Serve and enjoy!

Cabbage belongs to the botanical family Cruciferaceae. Members of this family are anti carcinogenic-reduce the risk of cancer. It is a good sauce of vitamins C, B6, folic acid, potassium. After tempering with mustard and fennel seeds in hot oil, stirred in asafetida, curry leaves, green chiles and onions.
