Ingredients

  1. 400 gpork sliced
  2. 4-6 clovesgarlic finely sliced
  3. per your tasteFresh chopped chilli
  4. 1 cupThai or normal basil roughly torn
  5. 250 gmsany vegetables you like - I used carrot, choy sum and wombok
  6. Marinade for pork
  7. as requiredChinese cooking wine
  8. As per tasteSoy sauce
  9. As RequiredCorn starch
  10. as requiredOil - I used garlic infused oil
  11. ForSeasoning
  12. As RequiredOyster sauce
  13. as requiredFish sauce
  14. as requiredChicken powder
  15. as per tasteSoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Marinade pork and set aside for 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan until smoking and stir fry marinated pork just until cooked then remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Add a little more oil to the same pan and stir fry chili and garlic till fragrant. Add vegetables and stir fry until done.

  4. 4

    Add cooked pork and seasoning as per your taste. Add basil just before turning off the heat. You can add corn starch slurry to thicken the sauce if you like.
