Ingredients

  1. 6Bread slices
  2. 3 tablespoonsSooji
  3. 1.5 tablespoonCurd
  4. 2 tablespoonWater
  5. 1/2 cupOnionchopped
  6. 1Green chilli Chopped
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 3 - 4 teaspoonsRefined oil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak Sooji in curd and water like pakora material. Consistency of this mixture should be thick. Leave for 10-15 minutes

    Add chopped onions and green chilli in the above mixture.

    Warm a nonstick sauce pan and toast slices of bread on one side after putting ghee/oil/butter on it.

    Turn the slices

  5. 5

    Spread 1 tablespoon of the sooji mixture on the other side. Pour 1 teaspoon of oil over and around the slices and turn the slices.

    Once the below side becomes crispy, turn it. The breakfast is ready!
