  1. 4bread slices
  2. 1/2 cupsemolina
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. 2 tbspmaida
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 tbspginger and chilli paste
  7. 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander
  8. 1finely chopped tomato
  9. 1finely chopped capcicum
  10. 1finely chopped onion
  11. As neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Take bread, semolina, maida, curd and water in mixer and grind it well,make a smooth paste out of it.

    Add salt in mixture and add chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander, capcicum and ginger chill paste. Mix all the ingredients well and make thick better, add water as per requirement and adjust the consistency.

    Take appe pan, sprinkle little oil and pour better, roast until turns golden brown from both the sides.

    Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
