Ingredients

  1. to tastesalt and freshly cracked pepper
  2. to tasteyour favorite salad dressing
  3. 2large English Cucumber partially peeled
  4. 1/2small onion thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Was and partially peel the Cucumber. Slice in thin medallions and add onion slices.
