Ingredients

  1. 50 gramsPowdered Sugar
  2. 50 gramsAll Purpose Flour
  3. 20 gramsCocoa Powder
  4. 1 gramBaking Soda
  5. 2.5 gramsBaking Powder
  6. 50 milligramsWarm Water
  7. 22 milligramsVegetable Oil
  8. 6 milligramsWhite Vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean and dry bowl, add all dry ingredients and sift the whole mixture together in another clean and dry bowl.

    Discard the remains. Whisk once.

    To the bowl of warm water measure and add oil and vinegar.

  4. 4

    In the dry ingredients add the wet ingredients in 3 batches and whisk.

  5. 5

    Leave to sit for 5 minutes and then check for ribbon consistency.

    Line a small tin. Pour the batter neat and clean.

  7. 7

    Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. And bake for 25-30 minutes or until the inserted toothpick in the centre comes out clean.
