Ingredients

4peeled & diced peaches
1 cancondensed milk
3 envelopeplain gelatin
1 cuppeach yougurt
1/2 cupboiling water
3 tbsppeach schnapps
4drop orange food coloring"optional"
1 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

peel and take out bones.dice the peaches add to blender. combine yogurt & condensed milk, schnapps, lemon juice and blend well till smooth.

boil 1/2 cup water turn off add gelatin stir completly add to peach mix.blend well. I added 4drops of food coloring to give the rich color.

add your mix to a glass baking dish.any size you choose for desired thicknees. let set atleast 3-4hrs.

I ate this at a French dessert wagon in my neighborhood when I was a bachelorette. This recipe is my attempt to recreate the dish because it was so delicious.If you like it super-jiggly, use 400 ml of juice.This also makes a really nice orange jelly.I recommend you make this in a large container and serve in smaller glasses.
