This is a healthy version of a grilled cheese with ham sandwich. Using whole wheat Italian bread, light brie cheese & spinach makes this a healthier version.

  1. 4 slicewhole wheat Italian bread
  2. 4 slicelite brie cheese
  3. 4 tspcooked chopped spinach
  4. 2 sliceprosciutto de parma
  5. 1 slicebutter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    put the cheese on the Italian bread...put the spinach on top of the cheese...& put a slice of prosciutto on 2 halves

  2. 2

    Heat a griddle pan & cut the butter in 4 melt on 4 spots on the griddle...then place the 4 halves on the melted butter & cook until golden brown

  3. 3

    combine halves & enjoy
