You are gonna be surprised at how fast these are to make. This pizza recipe is the perfect excuse for me to make home made pizzas instead of ordering them and I think they are tastier than any pizza take-outs in my area anyway. Try using several different toppings when you make multiple pizzas!
Give it a shot!

Ingredients

1 hour 20 mins
2 servings
  1. 2and a half decilitre warm water
  2. 12 gramsyeast (1/4 of a package)
  3. 200 gramswheat flour
  4. 100 gramswhole wheat flour
  5. 3/4 tspsalt
  6. olive oil, extra virgin
  7. pizza toppings

Cooking Instructions

1 hour 20 mins
  1. 1

Add the warm water to a bowl and mix the yeast in.

  2. 2

Now add the salt and all the flour to the mix and pound it lovingly with your powerful hands. The dough should be kinda wet and slightly liquid.

  3. 3

Leave the dough for about 1 hour at house temperature (Put a clean towel over it)

  4. 4

Smear a baking platform with the oil and prepare a glass or bowl of water to keep your fingers wet. Spread the dough out on the platform and form it to a desired size (you can make 4 small ones instead of 1 large pizza,if you like)

  5. 5

This is the fun part for the whole family~ Decorate the pizza(s) with tomato sauce + your favorite toppings. I recommend pepperoni, ham, mozzarella cheese, corn, black olives and waaay too much oregano!

  6. 6

Put the pizza(s) in a preheated oven at 200 C (warm air setting) for about 12 minutes. Keep an eye on it/them. Enjoy!
