Cucumber Spritzer

Love refreshing mint and cucumber and love refreshing water melon and mint . The cheese is optional but the slight saltiness marries wonderfully with the sauce, melon and cucumber.

I think there might be better versions and you could always add a can of lime soda water and some pineapple juice to sweeten it up. I have even tried maraschino syrup instead of grenadine. Learned this from a cooking class.check out bcaitc.ca and weheartlocalbc.ca. Ps of course I had to try the alcohol version.

A nice summer refresher

Summer and blueberries yum. Here are 2 different versions. One non alcohol I learned thru an online cooking class and one alcohol version I found on the internet. I gave instructs for the alcohol version first followed by non. I add more club sofa (not following the recipe) then I do ginger ales because I don’t like a lot of sugar sometimes and it is still great. I talk about both because while I always have carbonated water I do not always have ginger ale and it is super easy to grab mint from my tiny herb garden.

I wanted to come up with an unsweetened refreshing cocktail.Green Japanese pepper (ao sansho) is currently a huge trend in Europe. NHK picked this up in one of their programmes and ever since then it's been getting a lot of attention!Since then I've also been going a bit crazy with sprinklng lots of different things into my drinks.Feel free to change the proportion of wine to carbonated water.You might think that I'm crazy by putting Japanese pepper in a cocktail but try it for yourself. It's just so fizzy and refreshing.This spice is different to the brown pepper often used in Chinese cooking so please be careful. Recipe by kamesbar
