Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupPaneer in pieces
  2. 1 cuppeas half boiled
  3. 1 cuptomato puree
  4. 1 tspgreen chilli and ginger paste
  5. 1 cupfresh malai
  6. 1 tbspkhoya
  7. 1 tbspmayonaise
  8. 1 tbspgrated cheese
  9. to tasteSalt acd
  10. 1 tspchilli flakes
  11. 1 tspdhania powder
  12. 1 tspamchur powder
  13. 1 tsphaldi powder
  14. 1 tspgaram masala
  15. 1 pinchhing
  16. 1 tspjeera
  17. 1bay leaf
  18. 3 tbspoil
  19. as neededCoriander leaves finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Karahi mein oil garam karein or zeera bhune.add green chilli and ginger paste 2min saute karein.add tomato puree 2 min saute.

    Add malai mayonaise,cheese and khoya and masale.Mix well.

  3. 3

    Mix all masale and cover the karahi.2 min cook.Add mutter Paneer and cook for 10 min.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
