Cooking Instructions

Make paste of tomato and ginger in mixer jar. Paneer chunks deep fry on mideum flame. Now add oil in cooker and roast jeera and hing.

Now add tomato ginger paste, roast it proper. After 3 or 4 minutes add all dry spices. Add 2,3 spoon water and again roast it till masala left oil.

Now add peas in masala roast for 2 minutes and add 1 cup water. Cover with lid. After 4 whistle off flame. (Whistle depends on the quality of peas)

After that open the lid and add fried paneer pieces, garam masala, malai and methi. Mix all ingredients proper.

Now it ready for serve. Rice or roti every thing is perfect for this delicious recipe.
