Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 50 gramsbutter
  2. 350 gramssmoked haddock skin removed and cut into bite size pieces
  3. 1 clovegarlic finely chopped
  4. 1onion finely chopped
  5. 1leek chopped
  6. 450 gramspotatoes cooked and mashed
  7. 850 mlmilk
  8. 2 tbspplain flour
  9. 2 tbspnatural yogurt
  10. 2 tbspfresh parsley chopped
  11. 1 pinchsalt
  12. 1 pinchpepper

Cooking Instructions

    Put flour into a bowl and add enough milk to make a smooth paste.

    Melt butter in a large pan over a medium heat.

  3. 3

    Add garlic, onions and leek and cook until soft.

  4. 4

    Add the flour paste and cook for a minute.

  5. 5

    Add the rest of the milk and the yogurt bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Add half of the parsley.

  8. 8

    Stir in the mashed potato.

  9. 9

    Add the smoked haddock and simmer for 15 - 20 mins.

    Garnish with the rest of the parsley and serve with crusty bread.
