  1. 10-12palak leaves
  2. 1 bowlgram flour
  3. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspchat masala
  6. Pinchhing
  7. To tastesalt
  8. As neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add besan, chat masala, red chilli, turmeric and salt in a mixing bowl.

    Add enough water make a pakoda batter.

  3. 3

    Dip palak leaves in batter add in a hot oil and deep fried till golden in colour.

  4. 4

    Serve with sauce.
