Ingredients

5 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 glassSoya milk
  2. 10 piecesdates
  3. 3small bananas
  4. 1/4 tbsp.cinnamon powder (optional)
  5. Soy whipped cream (optional)

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Freeze the bananas for few hours.

  2. 2

    Deseed the dates and chop them

  3. 3

    Chop the bananas in the frozen stage.

  4. 4

    In a blender add the Milk, chopped Bananas, chopped Dates and half the quantity of cinnamon powered. Blend it well to smooth paste.

    Pour in glass, garnish with whipping cream and dates.
