Cooking Instructions

Marinated mutton with salt, turmeric powder,red chilli Powder garam masala powder ginger garlic paste,curd and oil

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli whole and whole garam masalas

Add onion chopped and saute well
- 4
Add ginger garlic paste and saute adding salt and turmeric powder
- 5
Add marinated mutton and saute well
- 6
Cover and cook stirring occasionally
- 7
Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder and mix well
- 8
As it starts releasing oil add warm water and simmer till the mutton is soft and juicy
- 9
Add sugar(optional) and garam masala powder and serve with rice or chapati
