  2. I bowl urad dal
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1pkt eno

Cooking Instructions

    Rice and urad dal soak for a night separately.then grind it separately.

    Mix both in a mixing bowl.add 1 pouch eno and mix well.

    Grease the idli maker and pour it in the mold.keep it into oven for 5 minutes.idlies are ready.serve hot.
