  2. 200 gmIdli rice
  3. 100 gmUrad dal
  4. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak in water for 6 hrs.

    Grind well to a fine batter in grinder.

    Add salt to the batter.

    Let it be aside for 3 hrs.

    Cook as dosa or idli. Serve hot with sambar, chutney.
