Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsDates seedless
  2. 500 gramsBoiled and cooled milk
  3. 10Ice cubes
  4. 3 tbspSugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a mixie bowl, add dates, 3 ice cubes, add 50 grams of milk, sugar and blend properly to a fine paste

    Mix the paste into cooled milk, add remaining Ice cubes and mix well.

  3. 3

    For extra Chill, Keep in the fridge for 1/2 an hour then serve Chilled.

  4. 4

    Notes:- if you not taking too much sweet then please don't add sugar because dates have it's own sweetness. Or you can use honey.
