Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 6 glassesCool milk
  2. 20Almonds
  3. 3 tbspFennel seeds (saunf)
  4. 3 tbspWatermelon seeds(magaj)
  5. 30Black pepper
  6. 15Cardamoms
  7. 8-9 tbspSugar or as per your taste
  8. 1/2 cupIce cubes
  9. as required Saffron (kesar) optional
  10. 15cashewnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Soak all the ingredients for 2 to 3 hours. Except sugar and milk

  2. 2

    After 3 hours, blend it in a blender or grinder jar

  3. 3

    Add this paste and sugar in cool milk.

  4. 4

    Mix well, strain in a strainer.

  5. 5

    Add ice cube for extra chilled.

  6. 6

    Garnish with saffron and chopped pista and and almonds, serve chilled.
